| A budget bed and breakfast located in the heart of the city centre just off Piccadilly Gardens and within very close walking distance of both main rail stations the coach depot and the City Metro system. Perfect choice for the budget conscious traveller whether your trip is for business or pleasure. We have an on site Internet Facility open until late for guests additional charges apply. Secure parking is located opposite Piccadilly Train Station (5 minutes walk from hotel). Please note that the hotel does not own the car park and is run by ncp. We have a meeting room available upon request and subject to availability for up to 20 delegates. Details on request. Visiting the city on holiday you will find a host of places to see and things to do right on your doorstep. Ranging from theatres museums world class shopping and of course Manchester's famous nightlife with over 450 bars and restaurants located in the city centre alone. The hotel is under new ownership.
