| OPEN ALL YEAR . Welcome to the Water's Edge a great place to stay.We are a small family run BandB. Ideally situated in the south shore area just off the promenade offering sea views. We are just a 1 minuet walk from the Beachsouth pier Casino Sandcastles Water Park and the Pleasure Beach (Pre book your pleasure beach tickets on line to get a discount). New in our area is a magic themed family bar. Frequent Tram and Bus services are situated by the pier to take you along the coast as far as Fleetwood. Take a leisurely stroll along the promenade approx 10 minuets to central. Our carvery restaurant is open Saturdays and Sundays from Easter to November offering freshly cooked meats 4 choices of vegetables home made Yorkshire puddingsRoast potatoes stuffing balls and tasty thick gravy. Bar meals are available during the week and weekends. Relax and enjoy a drink with your meal. A selection of winesspirits bottled beers and alcopops are available from the bar. In the bar we have free internet access also the Nintedo wi and some boxed games. Our guests are mainly couples and family's. We do take party bookingsBirthdaysworks party's etc.Contractors also welcome.Full English Breakfast can be orderd on the booking form or you can order it when you arrive for your stay served between 9am9.30am All our rooms are comfortable and clean with color TVsFree viewComplimentary refreshment trayTowels Selection of toiletries central heated. Iron and Ironing board supplied upon request. For the comfort of our guests who find the 6 steps up to the entrance enough we have installed a chair lift up to the first floor en-suite rooms.
